Appointments are provided online through Google Meet. Sessions are normally 40 minutes and time is counted from the scheduled start.

This clinic is not an emergency service

For immediate risk of harm, attempted suicide, severe agitation, acute psychosis, poisoning or loss of consciousness, go to the nearest functioning emergency department immediately.

Go to the nearest functioning emergency department or use a locally verified emergency number, and ask a trusted person to stay with or accompany you. Do not wait for a clinic WhatsApp response.

Booking process

Select a suitable time from the official calendar.
Complete the payment instructions.
Send the transfer receipt to the clinic's WhatsApp number.
The appointment is confirmed after payment is verified.
The Google Meet link is sent through the clinic’s administrative channel.
